How are the pieces made ?
All the pieces are modeled and decorated by hand, then a first firing of 8 hours is done. The pieces are then glazed before being put back into the kiln for a second firing. The pieces are fired between 1050 and 1200 degrees.
Are pieces food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe?
Always safe for food, unless otherwise specified, and also in the microwave (if not, this is indicated in the item description). The pieces are also dishwasher safe, but I always recommend washing by hand.
Do you accept returns?
No. The only refund I can give you is if, on the day you receive the item, it arrives broken or damaged. In this case, the person must send an email to by.leouleloup@gmail.com with photos on the day of receipt.
